“Reading should not be presented to children as a chore or a duty. It should be offered to them as a precious gift.” Kate DiCamillo

“Emma is one of the loveliest people I have met. She is passionate about teaching, kind and great with kids. She is also trained in how best to help children with dyslexia, which is why we sought her out. She put our kids (who both have dyslexia) at ease and it was surprising how well my youngest responded to her as she can have separation anxiety and refuse activities which challenge her especially reading. Both my kids have mentioned how kind/ patient Emma is and that she never raises her voice or seems cross. We have had a few different tutors due to moving states and would highly recommend her.”
